Memory Lane

In 1979 Warren & Karen Wagner began Memory Lane Photo in their home in Brooklyn. It was a small portrait studio where portraits and passport photos were taken. In May 1987, Memory Lane moved to 275 Main St. in Liverpool (now the Moss Pot). The store continued to grow from a small framing and portrait business. In 1988 a mini lab was purchased bringing 1 hour photo finishing to Liverpool. In 1990 a color and black & white darkroom was installed making Memory Lane the only business on the South Shore with this in store service. By the mid 1990's computer repairs became part of the business, which eventually led to computer sales. In 1995 Memory Lane was the first to offer internet service to residents of Queens County. The business continued to grow and on December 2, 2000, the grand opening at 1 Gorham St., their current location, was held.

Memory Lane continues to grow & diversify, adding Ball & Skein to the fold a few years ago. For all your knitting requirements and service locally, Memory Lane is the place to go. They even have fantastic knitwear on sale that was produced by their very own Sheri Roy, sweaters, mittens, hats. Just ask if you want something knitted, I bet they will try to accommodate you.
